I listened to a sermon last Sunday on one of the inspirational channels. I guess the story has been told many times because I found variations of the same story on the internet. It illustrates why all of us have to struggle and how it helps us to emerge stronger when we face problems and trials during our short lifetime on this earth. It also says a lot about the "order of things" that Iacchus has talked about many, many times in this forum as well as many other forums. Surely God had to have a hand in this. I was just reading a thread in the Internet Infidels Discussion Forums, Are We Here by Chance? Iacchus was saying that the Universe didn't just happen by itself. It had to have a Creator just like a house needs a builder or an architect. The actual story begins further down the page with the heading "Life Struggles."
Llife Struggles Here's another slightly different variation of the story: Making Sense of the Senseless Correction: Iacchus referred to an "architect" in a different thread than the one I mentioned. I can't keep track of him. He bounces around like someone on a pogo stick. He reminds me of a bouncing ball over the song lyrics in "Sing Along with Mitch." I'm getting a little rusty posting in the forums. I should have posted this in the inspirational forum. The name of the thread is 2 Reasons why naturalism is irrational / Psi (pp. 9 and 10).
